Do I get an order confirmation?

What is your shipping time?

We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days to ensure you receive your handcrafted jewelry promptly. Currently, we use USPS for shipping but may add different shipment options in the future.

Can I request a different chain or lanyard?

Yes. I stock several types and colors of chain and lanyards. I can also customize the length. If you want a different chain or lanyard than the one pictured with the pendant you are ordering, please add a note to me when ordering. On request I can send pictures of the different chains or lanyards I have in stock.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we offer shipping only within the United States.

What is your return policy?

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products and the personal craftsmanship involved, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
